The managerial route

Our competency based management development programme gives you the skills necessary to grow the profitability of your own team of consultants. Prove yourself in this capacity and you will be encouraged to undertake group-wide initiatives and the management of several teams. 


The executive consultant route

Some consultants choose to specialise in one specific market. We're quick to recognise this focus, supporting their initiatives to facilitate their operation at an executive level.

The international route
